HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Because each item is made to order, usually in the order received, shipping is between 7-14 business days. Some items may get shipped out quicker than 7 days but will never be longer than 14 business days. In an extreme situation, if your order can not be fulfilled in that time frame, an email will be sent to the email provided with order status.

ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ALLOWED? 

All products available are made to order and as a result we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

If a defective item is received, item can be replaced for the same product, in the same size and color, after a clear picture showing the defect has been provided to us. Defective items are only replaced within the first week week of delivery. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, in our error, you have 48 hours to let us know about the issue. If the mistake is our fault, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

HARDWARE?:
No hardware will be included. An Easel will not be included. No ribbons will be included.

WOOD or MARKERBOARD:
We often use markerboard and/or plywood to make our items and each item is made when ordered and some are often personalized with information provided. Because of this, there will be variations to each item created as wood grains differ from piece to piece. Because our signs are often made from wood, you may see wood knots, crevices, and other imperfections. Please keep in mind that each item is handcrafted so no two items will look exactly alike. Please also keep in mind that because of computer screen variations, pictures may be darker or lighter than what is seen but we will do our best to describe the item in detail for what you are receiving. Because many of our items are prone to UV exposure, we are unable to allow returns or provide refunds due to fading or discoloration over any period of time. Additionally, because we use wood, cracks can happen, please be careful at all times. Unless it is damaged in transit and reported to us within 24 days of receiving your item we are unable to allow returns or refunds due to cracks over any period of time.

Designs and Custom colors may be requested. Please send a inquiry for custom orders. Extra fee may apply.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT:
If there has been damage to your item due to shipping, please reach out to us within 24 hours of time posted delivery. Please provide a photo of the damage item and we will do our best to make it right.
A replacement may be approved if after we receive the pictures of the item. displays an item has been destroyed and cannot be used, and deemed as accidental. Please hold on to the sign and all shipping material. The post office might need to inspect it. We will submit the claim but might need additional information before item can be replaced.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED:
When an item has been ship and has been dated as received by the post office, we are no longer responsible for item. At that point, it is literally out of our hands. If your delivery status has been updated to "DELIVERED", we are not responsible for missing items and you will need to seek assistance from your local post office/mail carrier at that point. All packages ship with tracking information. We do not refund due to a failed delivery that has been marked "delivered" to location.  If you have concerns regarding your packages being taken, please consider requesting signature delivery to ensure proper delivery of your items. 
If you would like to add insurance to your packaging, please inbox before you order and arrangements can be made at an extra change to you.

CANCELLATIONS:
 We usually start an order the next day after being received. We only accept cancellations within the first 12 hours of the order. No exceptions will be made. You must send an email within 12 hours to createitwright7@gmail.com to cancel an order.

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

We are able to ship to all counties worldwide. Some international shipments are subjected to customs fees and other fees from the countries they are being sent to. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please email @createitwright7@gmail.com for a international order as the shipping will need to be adjusted.Â
